A Little About Myself

As an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Assisted Stretch, and Nutrition Coach, I focus on the essentials: the basic movements that keep us strong for everyday life. With 10 years of experience teaching fitness classes and personal training clients of all levels, I’ve helped them feel healthier, and more confident in their bodies. Every day I try to do better, and for me that meant improving my nutrition to match my fitness routine. I discovered that real, lasting results happen when nutrition and movement work together. As a nutrition coach, I guide clients towards balanced nutrition and sustainable habits that support their health, fitness, and long-term success.
